Year 1 and 2 had a fabulous time at Warwick Castle. Their current history work about parts of a castle was well and truly brought to life! The children also have brought back a decorated paper shield and wooden shield to decorate in school from the day. Many thanks to parent helpers Mr Gold, Mrs Dyer, Mrs Pusey, Ms Morrison, Mrs Vaile and Ms Holmes.

The total amount raised is an amazing £1110.00. A huge thank you to everyone who baked or bought a cake/ biscuits and to everyone who came along last Friday. Many of you did both – thank you. This is a charity which is close to many of our hearts and your generosity was amazing. It was lovely to chat to so many of you too whilst supporting Macmillan Cancer Support. Thank you to the parents who served endless cups of coffee and washed up afterwards. Thank you also to Mrs Clarke and Mr Bradbury who helped to make it all happen so smoothly.
